About Us
The Department is responsible for providing comprehensive secretariat services to the University’s governance structures, including Council, Senate, the Management Committee, and their respective committees. It also oversees the proper archiving of all committee meeting documentation. Through the development and coordination of the University’s annual calendar, the Department ensures that academic programmes and official meetings are effectively planned and conducted in an orderly and structured manner.
