This seminar sounds like a great opportunity for those first-year engineering students! It’s awesome that different companies got to share what engineers do daily and the job prospects after graduation. I wonder if any of the students were super excited about a particular presentation. Also, Prof Mabusela’s welcome speech seems so encouraging. Have any of you attended similar events that really set you on the right path in your studies?
This seminar sounds like a great idea! It’s awesome that the University of Zululand is helping first-year engineering students get a head start. I wonder if any of the companies shared some really cool engineering projects they’re working on. It makes me think about my own college days when I was trying to figure out what the future held. Did any of the students have “aha” moments during the presentations?
