The Student Records Section (SRS) is responsible for the management of the retention and storage of official documentation generated through the life cycle of students (i.e. from application to certification).
The Section deals directly with departments and faculties, and University staff have access to the physical files of the students via the officials in the Section.

Where to find us
The Student Records Office is located in the Student Registration Building, ground floor Main Foyer. We also have an Office at the Richards Bay Campus, Office No. A2-13, on the second floor.
