Academic Staff Development

Capacity development is aimed at providing necessary support, skills and qualification to the academic staff so that they are able to produce quality students and improving the quality of research productivity:

  • Formal Qualifications – The University intends assisting registered staff (Master and Doctoral) ,who hope to complete their degrees by the end of 2013 by making funds available to free up their time, for improved supervisor contact and for editing and other write-up expenses.
  • Informal Training – proving necessary training to attain or improve skills by form of seminars, workshops, forums etc.
